Shipping and Delivery:
Shipping and delivery information, such as delivery times and fees, will be provided during the order confirmation.
- Once your package is delivered, you will be notified through a whatsApp message or a confirmation email.
Note: When you receive your order, we kindly request to create an unboxing video. This video can serve as evidence in case any issues arise with the package. Please be aware that we cannot accept any return claims without a corresponding unboxing video.
How to Receive your Parcel
At ScentsEnclave, we take extra care to seal all our packages securely at our warehouse before sending them to you. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience, we kindly request you to follow these steps:
1- When you receive your package, please inspect the external condition of the box to check for any signs of damage or if it appears to have been opened during transit. Please do not receive the package if it's totally damaged.
2- When you receive your order, we kindly request to create an unboxing video. This video can serve as evidence in case any issues arise with the package. Please be aware that we cannot accept any return claims without a corresponding unboxing video.
3- If you find that the product in the packaging is damage or missing when you open the parcel, please contact our customer support on whatsapp +92-302-0411121 within 24 Hours of receiving the shipment and register your complain.
Refund, Exchange and Return Policy:
1- ScentsEnclave, does not offer any 'Refund', ‘Exchange’ or ‘Returns’ for any of products.
- All products purchased from our website can be exchanged within 07 days only if:
> The exchange request is submitted within the specified time limit (after receiving a package, Buyer will contact within 24 hours to register a complaint in case of any problem).
> The item(s) is faulty, damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
> The received product(s) differed from the original order.
> Anything is missing from the package (item, original packing etc.
In these situations, claims can only be considered if they are reported within 3 days of the original order date.
Please email pictures of the defective item to scentsenclave@gmail.com or whatsapp at +92-302-0411121 within 3 days after order delivery in case to raise a dispute.
ScentsEnclave, Team will look at each claim on an individual basis and will make every effort to be fair to both parties.
Once we receive the item, our team will review it based on the buyer's claim. If the claim is valid, we will provide a replacement for the item of equal value as listed on the invoice.
- In case of exchange customer will be responsible for all shipping, handling costs.
- Discounted Items cannot be Returned / Exchanged.

Order Cancellation:
- ScentsEnclave, does not offer a “Refund” or “Money back guarantee” on purchased items.
- ScentsEnclave, reserves right to cancel orders for any reason. Common reasons may include: the item is out of stock, pricing errors or Order payment is declined.
- We do not save Credit card details and we do not share customer details with any 3rd parties.
How can I cancel my Order:

2- Order cannot be cancelled if it is shipped or Dispatched to the buyer.
